Lights strung on eaves and trees, including palm trees
A touch of frost on the windshield, one morning
Eight buds on the Peace Rose, aphids on the Proud Land

Snow on the distant peaks
Can't get fresh cranberries
Planning Christmas dinner as a picnic in Joshua Tree Nat'l park
Not needing a coat to go to Midnight Mass

I'm so envious of the peace rose!!!! Can't grow them this far north, not without a greenhouse. Our snow is on the right outside the door peaks and in the yard, and don't try to get a poinsettia home without giving IT a coat.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas from Australia! :) Where there is no coat wearing, unless you want to die of stroke.
